These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 21cuci ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access and use of the website located at https://21cuci.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional programmes offered therein.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on 21cuci, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from registering an account or using the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the legal agreement between you and 21cuci.

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout these Terms and Conditions:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on21cuci, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. 21cuci does not accept players under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded or excluded from gambling services via a national self-exclusion programme or prior agreement with 21cuci.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the Platform.
• You must be the legitimate holder of the payment methods used to deposit and withdraw funds.

21cuci reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You must notify21cuci promptly of any changes to your registered details.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one Account at any time. If 21cuci identifies that a player holds or has held duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same or different personal details — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided, and any winings derived from such bonuses may be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.21cuci will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

21cuci may require you to complete identity verification at any stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Accepted documents typically include a national identity card (MyKad), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal functionality temporarily restricted until verification is completed satisfactorily.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

21cuci currently accepts deposits via the following methods: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

5.2 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are credited to your account balance instantly the vast majority of cases. FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during normal banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations, typically 15–30 minutes.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be approved:

• Your account KYC verification must be completed and approved.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the applicable minimum threshold.
• No outstanding fraud, security, or dispute investigation is active on the account.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

The majority of withdrawal requests to DuitNow and e-wallet methods are processed within 3minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX are typically completed within 5–15 minutes during banking hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network conditions and typically complete within 15–60 minutes.

5.5 Currency

All account balances on 21cuci are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is credited. Conversion rates are displayed during the deposit process.

21cuci offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of the offer, including but not limited to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to players who are21 years of age or older and who have fully completed the account registration process.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time window stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain at the expiry of the time window will be removed from the account.
• 21cuci reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the player opting in, without prior notice. Bonuses will not be changed retroactively after a player has opted in to an offer.
• Players who are deemed to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of duplicate accounts, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or collusion — may have their bonus voided and winnings forfeited.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only. A player who has previously held an account on the Platform — regardless of whether that account is still active — is not eligible for a welcome bonus on a newly created account.

6.2 Reload and Ongoing Promotions

Reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards are available to existing players subject to eligibility criteria specified in each offer. Referal bonuses are credited following the successful registration and qualifying deposit by the referred player.

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 21cuci are subject to the applicable sportsbook rules, which are accessible from the sports betting section of the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 21cuci's decision shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that undergoes independent third-party auditing. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available from the respective game information panels.

7.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are operated in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as presented by the live dealer. Players must ensure they are familiar with the applicable game rules before placing wagers. 21cuci is not responsible for errors arising from player misunderstanding of game rules.

7.4 Void Bets

21cuci reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a system error, manifest pricing error, or where21cuci has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has exploited a technical or pricing fault. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the21cuci platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering activity designed to guarantee a profit.
• Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that may contravene applicable financial crime legislation.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Registering as a player if you are under 21 years of age.

All content on the 21cuci platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 21cuci or its licensed third-party providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of 21cuci.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 21cuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

21cuci does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious code. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and uptime, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may occur.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of your real money account balance at the time the claim arises.

11.1 Suspension by21cuci

21cuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, engagement in prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, or where required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

11.2 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any real money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure or termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall remain in full force and effect.

21cuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and we recognise that it can become problematic for some individuals. We therefore provide the following tools and commit to the following standards:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account settings. Changes to existing limits that result in a lower cap take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Players may define the maximum amount they are comfortable losing within a given period. The Platform enforces these limits automatically.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may impose a temporary break from the Platform ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded or restricted by agreement.
